Fund Seekers can only respond to interested investors if they have a paid account. If they don’t they will have to upgrade to see and reply to your messages. The total funding required is an estimate entered by the Fund Seeker. Should you choose to invest, your money will have an immediate influence as soon as you transfer it to your chosen company. The target does not have to be reached, like on crowd funding sites, before your money is transferred. This would come down to a private discussion between you and the Fund Seeker.
